This shop is owned and operated by Lloyd's Yacht Club. You can contact us by email (via the Contact Us option under information), in writing to Lloyd's Yacht Club, 1 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7HA
1. Eligibility and Registration Requirements
1.1. Use of the online shop is limited to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under the laws of England and Wales.
1.2. Only visitors to the Site who register on the site are able to make purchases and by registering you agree to be bound by the conditions of use.
1.3. To register you must provide your real name, address, phone number and e-mail address. You warrant to Lloyd's Yacht Club that the information you provide during the registration process (and any notification of change of such information) is true and correct.
1.4. Lloyd's Yacht Club reserves the right to reject any registration and to refuse service to anyone for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
1.5. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and you are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password on this Site. If your password is compromised you should change your password.
1.6. Items are offered for sale at a fixed price. Unless otherwise stated the price of any items sold using this site are displayed inclusive of any delivery charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
2. International sales
2.1. Under normal circumstances goods are only available for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland. For sales to other parts of the world please contact us directly to determine whether we can ship abroad.
3. Contract fulfilment
3.1. Upon successful payment for your purchases you will receive an email confirmation of payment from Worldpay and a separate email confirmation of the items purchased from Lloyd's Yacht Club.
3.2. Payment may only be made in Pounds Sterling.
3.3. All sales will be governed by the laws of England (and expressly excluding the United Nations Convention on the Sale of Goods) and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
