You will need to be a member to receive this item.

To apply for a membership card, please provide the following in the Notes section when checking out:

1.  Membership Number
2.  Date joined
3.  Please send a photo of yourself to liz.lotz@gmail.com.  Please re-name this file as Member number_Name eg. 999_Gyles_Smythe

Please ensure that you advise the delivery address through the payment process.

Note - there is no payment required for this item, but you will still need to check out as if you were paying.
