Returns Policy

In order to minimise stock levels, and stock wastage, most items are ordered from our suppliers to meet individual orders from members.  Consequently we are unable to offer returns on those items.  For other stock items we may accept returns as long as they are in original condition - and a deduction will be made to cover our postage costs as well as Worldpay transaction costs.
