You are invited to spend a day aboard Lutine the prestigious 53ft sailing yacht owned by the Lloyd's of London Yacht Club. This will give you the chance to see her in action and to experience the corporate event that you could arrange on Lutine for your company or clients.

The current Lutine is the third yacht owned by the Club and is a prestigious ambassador for both the Lloyd‚s and wider Insurance market. Built by Nautor Swan she is light and solid construction, elegant and beautiful, comfortable and spacious inside.

• Is sailing experience Necessary? - No, in fact none is ideal!

What does the Taster Day Involve?
We will meet at Haslar Marina near Portsmouth around 0830hrs for breakfast on Lutine. Then a relaxed day sailing to somewhere in the Solent for lunch, perhaps one of the clubs at Cowes or maybe dropping anchor in a quiet bay and enjoying lunch onboard before a late afternoon return to Gosport. For those of you who want to experience sailing a powerful offshore cruiser / racer this is a chance you will relish, but for those who wish to socialise there needs be no press gang as the boat is equipped with powered winches, furling sails etc. The day will also be a great opportunity to ask questions about how to charter Lutine and its advantages for corporate entertainment.

What will the Day cost?
The day will be free; all we ask is that you pass on our details to others in your company that are involved in the organisation of coporate/in-house events. The only cost would be that if we stop for lunch somewhere like Cowes and end up going to a yacht club or local hostelry. You will need to pay for your food/drinks and to split the berthing fee between the crew.
